The Commission has received an application [PDF: 71 KB] from Pacific Air Express for an allocation of 17.5 tonnes of freight capacity per week on the Fiji route. Other applications for the capacity are invited.

The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is COB (ie 5pm) 8 December 2011, with the application due by COB 15 December 2011. If no notice of intention is received by COB 8 December 2011, the Commission may proceed to make a determination.
