The Commission has received an application from Strategic Airlines  [PDF: 44 KB]  seeking an allocation of capacity to operate services between Australia and the United States. Other applications for the capacity are invited.

The closing date for notice of intention to make a submission is cob 3 May 2011, with the submissions due by cob 10 May 2011. If no notice of intention is received by cob 3 May 2011, the Commission may proceed to decide the matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.
