The Commission has received an application from Pacific Blue Australia  [PDF: 50 KB]  for a variation to Determination [2007] IASC 118, which allocates capacity on the New Zealand route, to enable Etihad Airlines to code share on its services between Australia and Auckland and Christchurch. Submissions about the application are invited.

The closing date for notice of intention to make a submission is COB 11 October 2010, with submissions due by COB 18 October 2010. If no notice of intention is received by COB 11 October 2010, the Commission may proceed to decide matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.
