The Commission has received an application from Qantas [PDF: 75 KB]  seeking a variation to Determination [2007] IASC 108 which allocates capacity on the Japan route to permit Japan Airlines to code share on Qantas operated services. Submissions about the application are invited.

The closing date for notice of intention to make a submission is COB 2 December 2010, with submissions due by COB 9 December 2010. If no notice of intention is received by COB 2 December 2010, the Commission may proceed to decide matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.
