The Commission has received an application  [PDF: 66 KB]  from Qantas Airways Limited (ACN 009 661 901) (Qantas) seeking a variation to Determination [2007] IASC 116 [PDF: 103 KB]  which allocates capacity on the Singapore route. The variation sought would permit China Eastern Airlines to code share on Qantas services between Australia and Singapore. Submissions about this application are invited.

The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is COB 18 May 2010, with submissions due by COB 25 may 2010. If no notice of intention is received by COB 18 may 2010, the Commission may proceed to decide on the matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.
