The Commission has received an application  [PDF: 64 KB]  from Qantas Airways Limited (ACN 009 661 901) (Qantas) seeking an allocation of unlimited capacity and frequency for all cargo services on the Korea route. Other applications for the capacity are invited.

The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is COB 17 May 2010, with applications due by COB 24 May 2010. If no notice of intention is received by COB 17 May 2010, the Commission may proceed to decide the matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.
