Australia has applied for a variation of Determination [2008] IASC 117 to transfer to Pacific Blue Australia the 360 seats of capacity per week allocated by the Determination (V Australia application) – [PDF: 89 KB] . Submissions about the application are invited. The closing date for notice of intention to make a submission is 1 March 2010, with submissions due by 8 March 2010 unless additional time is sought and agreed to by the Commission.

If no notice of intention is received by cob 1 March 2010, the Commission may proceed to decide the matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.
