The Commission has received an application [PDF: 41 KB] from Qantas seeking a variation of Determination [2008] IASC 121 to increase the allocation of seats by 166 per week in each direction. Submissions about the application are invited.

The closing date for notice of intention to make a submission is COB 2 September 2010 with submissions due by COB 9 September 2010. If no notice of intention is received by COB 2 September 2010, the Commission may proceed to decide matters under consideration as soon as practicable after that date.
