Pacific Blue Airlines Pty Ltd (Pacific Blue) has applied to the Commission for an allocation of capacity on the Fiji route. The capacity sought is to permit Pacific Blue to operate unlimited capacity between points in Australia, other than Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, and points in Fiji. The closing date for notice of intention to make an application is COB 7 July 2009, with applications due by COB 14 July 2009 unless additional time is sought and agreed to by the Commission.
