On 13 July 2009, the Commission received an application [PDF: 403 KB] from Strategic Global to revoke Determination [2008] IASC 107 [PDF: 86 KB] which allocates to Ozjet 0.5 units of capacity per week on the New Caledonia Route. Strategic is the new owner of Ozjet, which retains its separate company identity.
