New Zealand - 05 April 2018

The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application PDF: 55 KB ReadSpeaker from Qantas seeking to vary Determination [2014] IASC 102 to permit the utilisation of the capacity for code share services with China Airlines on the New Zealand route.

In accordance with section 22 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites submissions about the application.

The closing date for making a submission is 19 April 2018. If you are intending to make a submission, please inform the Executive Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), of your intention to make a submission as soon as possible.

The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application PDF: 100 KB ReadSpeaker from Qantas seeking to vary Determinations [2016] IASC 110, and [2014] IASC 105 as varied, to permit the capacity to be used for code share services with Air Niugini for the duration of the determinations.

In accordance with section 22 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites submissions about the application.

The closing date for making a submission is 2 March 2018. If you are intending to make a submission, please inform the Executive Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), of your intention to make a submission as soon as possible.

Fiji - 14 February 2018

The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application PDF: 354 KB ReadSpeaker from Qantas seeking an allocation of 258 seats per week on the Fiji route.

In accordance with section 12 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites other applications for capacity on the route.

The closing date for making an application is 28 February 2018. If you are intending to make an application, please inform the Executive Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), of your intention to make an application as soon as possible.

Papua New Guinea - 22 September 2017

The International Air Services Commission (the Commission) has received an application PDF: 637 KB ReadSpeaker from Virgin Australia seeking to renew Determination [2013] IASC 112, which allocates 900 seats of capacity in each direction on the Papua New Guinea route. Virgin Australia is seeking the renewal of the capacity allocation for a further period of five years from 12 September 2018, and to retain all relevant current conditions.

In accordance with sections 12 and 17 of the International Air Services Commission Act 1992, the Commission invites other applications for capacity on the route.

The closing date for making an application is 6 October 2017. If you are intending to make an application, please inform the Executive Director of the Commission, by email (at iasc@infrastructure.gov.au), of your intention to make an application as soon as possible.
